First off, " negro" is similar to another racism word and you have used it in chat , staff can't know if that was another language or not and they can't also know the potential intentions of saying the word and because of that they will just do what anyone else would do and mute. Keep in mind that arguing here about your punishment won't benefit you at all, on the contrary, it will harm you more
