There is no HELP!!!! At all from Staff members

There so many times during the day/night that i am asking help from Staff member cause of a hacker or something else.There is not 1 time the have helped me with that because when you go to the warzone and a guy with iron kill you in a god set while hitting you from 10 blocks is not something possible.Like 5 minutes ago i needed to spam to PGUnation would see my msg and what i get?A MUTE!!!! Hacker play free while we are trying to play legit.Being a staff means to help people not because you need to grind or build not care at all.
I just set an exaple this has happended many times and for real i dont feel like playing to the server at all after that.

Hey man, sometimes Staff are not always available for your aid. They may be helping someone else. Please, the next time you face a hacker, record him hacking and make a player report in the following link:

In fact, we kindly advise you to not spam the staff. We do appreciate your help but it might annoy the staff.

Sometimes staff members are pretty busy but what you can also do is have your software recording always open. This way you'll be able to catch all the hackers and get them banned by contacting a staff member or simply report them here on the Forums.

Hey man sometimes staff are very busy and they aren't online 24/7, so why not improve the JartexNetwork community by reporting the rule breakers and wait for a staff member to accept it.
