I need help with a sever issue and i have contacted about 6 staff members and they won't do shit. i also contacted the manager but you know no luck.

tried contacting the owners but they don't have open chats so they are useless. i paid 170$+ on 20,000 coins for immortal factions. i have recieved them yes so its Not A Payment Issue. The Issue is that when i Used the coins i did Not Receive the Immortal Rank. all it did was eat the 170$+ i paid.

you need to know that only Sr.Mods+ can do shit about that. and there are only 4 or 5 staff in team factions. you think a staff in team prison gonna help you? no and you can't even report staff for not helpin' players, that is not even reportable LMFAO
