Appeal rejected for wrong reason

I made an appeal to get unbanned from Jartex discord cause I did an advertisement

The staff who responded to my appeal said to give my user ID

After I gave that to him ..
The appeal got denied saying lack of activity for past 12 or 24 hours

But if I'm banned how will I have any activity in discord ??

And if he ment I took time to respond to the appeal, I replied back in the next 1 or 2 hours
