Hacker Reports Getting Rejected for not having timestamp

If a player is reported by another player a staff member is supposed to look over the evidence that is given, I gave evidence to a player hacking with anti-knockback but it was rejected because of not adding a timestamp. Im sure this has happened to other players as well, it could be that a player (myself) forgot to add the timestamp, but rejecting a report because the timestamp wasnt given is plain insanity. Players go through hell with hackers because of their targetting or them just ruining the games/ servers reputation. I think staff members should go over the evidence properly instead of just rejecting the reports that are given without timestamps.

Since staff members need to look over and handle hundreds, if not thousands of reports every day they don't have time to look over long videos. For future reports, I would recommend including a short clip with enough evidence or write down all parts that are important in the "Extra Informations" tab. You may remake your report and include timestamp/s.

As stated above, you may also suggest a change for this.

this is soo true, jartex has a lot of hackers and you cant do anything because a helper told me that do /staff and invite the online staff to the party but noone accepts... this is why i want to become trial
