Even if you do manage to prove it somehow, you can't get a refund/replacement for anything lost

You can always make a bug report here -> https://jartexnetwork.com/bug-report/
and give positive proof of the said bug and sadly you can't get your pickaxe back even if the bug report has been accepted.
