Cheaters, Lost Gold for Innocent Players & Bring Back Old Prison

I really like that Prison is back, but I think there are a few major issues that need to be addressed.

The biggest problem is the recent reset after the dupe glitch. I understand why the server had to be reset, but a lot of innocent players lost their gold because of it. Many of us spent our gold buying items from /ah before the reset. After the rollback, the gold spent in /goldshop was refunded, but the gold used in /ah wasn't. That means players who did nothing wrong ended up losing a lot of gold because of something that wasn't their fault. I think anyone who bought items from /ah before the reset should have their gold refunded as well. It would be the fairest solution.

Another thing I'd like to see is Prison becoming more P2w. Right now it feels harder for free-to-play players to keep up. Adding more ways to earn progress without spending money would make the mode more enjoyable and keep more players active.

I'd also love to see the old Prison PvP return. It felt much more fun and competitive, and I know a lot of long-time players miss it.

Finally, cheating is a serious issue. There are players openly flying and using hacks in PvP. This ruins the experience for everyone. Prison really needs stronger anti-cheat protection and more active staff moderation. Hackers should be detected and banned much faster so legitimate players can actually enjoy PvP.

Overall, I think Prison has a lot of potential after the reset, but fixing these issues would make a huge difference. Thanks for listening to the community, and I hope you'll consider these suggestions.

I think you should make a payment issue ticket if you traded from auction house using gold. Most likely the issue should be resolved and you can get your gold back.​

Brother please read my post carefully then write a reply. I ddient say its a payment issue , its happening to all the people who plays prison . People spent countless gold buying seasonal items from /ah then they lost it all next day cuz there was a dupe glitch and jartex reset prison again. Its clearly the developers fault cuz there was a dupe glitch and all innocent players lost their progress and mainly a lot of players lost their gold . Now a lot of people will reply this post by saying they got their refund back now let me tell u guys that developers refund players who buyed keys from /goldshop not the players who buyed expensive items like seasonal pickaxe and pets from /ah with gold. So please read the post carefully then post a reply ok ? if u read the post carefully i dident have to write this reply . work with common sense. Thanks
