I was trying to upgrade my prisoner helmet and it turned into ('s head) item. I reported bug but they say its not a bug, so how do i revert this if its not a bug?

Try wearing the helmet if it's still prisoner head u will get the notification in chat that 'you are now wearing the prisoner suit', u need to wear the full set.
