Never received faction payout.

It has been about 7 months since my faction has placed 2nd on factions. Staff is completely ignoring me because of this, although other factions got paid within 2 days. My faction decided to quit the server because of this. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

Yes they got it the same day. We never ever got contacted, I had to reach out to them.
