Update Forum Badges

yes u totally dont have 250 messages badge,nor ban hammers

The badges needed are basically what we should be proud of holding, what make us special. Around 4-5 badges of messages do not carry value or importance as much as reports ones do for example, as reports are considered messages too, so you can obtain most of these badges by ONLY reporting.
The other ones about reactions, bugs and solutions are good, they represent your general reputation and what you deliver of information.

Maybe add a few more ones for those active people that win a skyblock island competition or a factions season, win an event, become a top-voter, top-donator of the month. They deserve special badges too in my perspective.
Maybe a seperate badge for threads that contain Moderator+ response (maybe a small change to the thread icon or a staff icon next to the thread), as what those staff-members provide to the community should be highlighted.

Still good work though.
