Fix command not working

hi, i just bought the fix command, i used it and it tells me i don't have access to it

fr it doesnt work

After you have an item in your hand, you can repair it by doing /fix hand and /repair all for the other two items.After using these, there will be a cooldown period, and you can use them again when that cooldown period is over.
