Seasonal /fix command not working

I won a seasonal /fix command voucher from vote crate and i redeemed. When i type /fix hand it says i dont have access and when i type it again it says to wait 30mins. I wait the 30mins and it just repeats the same thing its the same for /fix all but the time i have to wait is 2hrs 30mins.
