After buying a rank upgrade you should contact the owners to move the rank or make a payment issue like Lolguy said ^^

There is no contacting or some thing like that ,the only thing that you can do is to go and make a payment issue here https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/payment-issues.86/
and put your proof there (email,payment) for example
