If you bought that rank and havent got it yet, I suggest make a payment issue

If you won it from a crate and havent got it yet, make a bug report

In somecases it does take time for you to get rank but it is resolved later

Keep in mind for payment issue you will be asked a lot of details regarding your transaction while for bug report you should have good evidence to prove its a bug, as things dont work on hearsay

If there is any problem still try and contact a staff person for ur problem

If you bought it from the jartex shop/buycraft, you need to make a payment issue
If you get it from a crate or the action house you need to make a bug report here
