WHY i CANT add profile pic in forums?

can anyone help me how to add profile pic and profile banner in forums its says "oops,we ran into some problems"

It mostly happens due to internet issues, try again a few more times.
Try uploading it for pc, because there are lot of issues with phone sessions on jartex website.

Its easy, just click on signature from top right corner in accounts settings.
Then you just have to follow forums BB code to create one.
This is the syntax for mine,
