Where my rewards?

"Vote Green Bracket Color" came out of the Voting Create chest and my inventory in survival mode was full to the brim. Where is the reward and how can I activate it?

Its a minigame lobby reward, not a survival gamemode reward.

Right click the player head in your inventory, go to settings and then to bracket color, you will have an option to select vote bracket color there which would be unlocked now.

It's the lowest minigames rank. If you have a higher rank than iron rank, you'll get rewarded 500 iron (currency, which is used in /goldshop). If you don't have a rank at all, you will receive an iron rank for 31 days.
