In my opinion, No, it’s not spyware.
I’ve been playing Minecraft for 6 years and have used TLauncher for over 5 years. During this time, I’ve never encountered any issues with it. I always ensure my computer is protected with a reliable antivirus, and TLauncher has never triggered any warnings. Still I'm using Tlauncher for all my alts.

This is just my personal experience, and I believe the idea that it’s spyware is likely a rumor.

Personally used TLauncher for quite some time in the best and I've never noticed any issues or something related to malware as others said. Yet again it's always better to save some time and get an original Minecraft account and enjoy playing

I have used TLauncher for the entire 7 years of my minecraft journey, i have never noticed any issues with performance or stability. Many people told me that its "Russian Spyware" but im not sure how much information can be gathered from a child playing minecraft .

Even tho im not sure if it actually is spyware, i think its a good launcher.
