What's the best bed defence according to you?

My favourite is the no bed defence - defence.

Solos - one layer wool, good enough
Doubles - usually sandwich cuz its pretty easy and fast to do
Trios and Quads - a layer of endstone and a layer of wood, sometimes wool to top it off
