Unban help from stranger

I have been perm banned that I'm very sad about
A guy named Kayou3 wants me to lie and disclose my private information and he said he'll tell a staff to unban me
He said a staff is his friend and he can make my ban 31 days
Is it true ??

hey im sorry to hear about your situation but you should not tell him your personal stuff. and "that friend" cannot get you unbanned
