Time to accept a suggestion

How long does it takes to accept a suggestion. I saw many suggestions with large no. of upvotes but still not have any message of acceptance, why?

Usually, the suggestion takes a lot of time to get through the management team and be implemented

You cant get upvotes on your suggestions like this. People will only upvote if they like the suggestion and want it to be implemented.
