add auction house taxes (to prevent ppl putting random stuff for random prices, like 0.5% or 1%)
add auction house price confirmation (to prevent people scamming themselves)
add a time period (of like 5 or 10s) before item can be bought (for people to be able to remove their auction if they make any mistake)
