Suuuuup everyone! Hey people, all the time that I've been playing on this server has give me the opportunity to meet a lot of people, staff members, toxic players, players that really want to help the server and also... I realized that when someone applies for Trial (Staff), they think people who says -1 has something against them... People... If we post something we will ALWAYS get feedback which means the others opinion, they not necessarily have something against you. Of course there are some different cases where they tell you the truth... For example if you are a toxic player to the community how can you even think you'll get +1 or even neutral??? Staff members are those who are keeping the server clean from any rule breakers, people who bullies other players and lots more, so you really think a toxic player will get accepted into the STAFF?? The answer will be a definitely no....
Why does Trial applications gets denied almost all the time?? I could write an entire essay about this but I won't go through multiple reasons, I will go through what is common sense...
If you are inactive on discord and forums you are starting really bad... Toxic players? Do not even apply until you change your behavior permanently because there is something called staff reports and staff reports are worst than players because staff is supposed to punish bad behavior and not imply it...
If you do not know how to answer the questions asked on the application, please ask for some help... Not ideas, and do not even think of plagiarizing someone else's application... Just ask someone to kind of help you find what you want to say.... Because effort and detail are really important, an staff member should be able to answer and describe...
Be a clean member of the community, what do I mean by clean? Respect our players even if they do not respect you, arguing with someone who is disrespecting you just for pleasure is completely immature...
Be active on discord server and forums, do not lie, put as much effort and add all the detail possible, evading questions or answering another ones is not what Jartex is looking for...
What is the answer for the main question on this thread? I would let you people try to answer it but I will give it to you all.
JartexNetwork is not looking for quantity of staff... They are looking for quality.
So don't be the many and be the *quality* make the change...
