That is why the 5th step says win with emeralds, mostly potions are worth it, pearl would be the last resource.

Pearl's are very important, if you know how to pearl clutch then you could save your life. I don't think they should be the last resource you would buy. (unless you still have a bed maybe)

I dont play maps which need 12 iron for first rush. So on most maps its 8 and on Mythic and Mario 4 is possible.
