There are a lot of good suggestions above and out there, so I might just add some minor suggestions:
Bossworld:
1. Boss 2nd phase. Basically if there are 13-15 or more people fighting a same boss, after the defeat of the boss, it will respawn again (2nd phase). This is for people that have disadvantages because of lag or weak attack. So the players that will get the rewards(or top 10 damagers) on 2nd phase will only include the players that didn't make it to top 10 damagers on 1st phase. The top 10 damagers from 1st phase still able to damage the boss, but will only receive small rewards or no rewards at all, and their damages will be displayed as "Assisters".
2. Make bigger boss and fix hit/dmg register? It's such a pain to keep vision contact and hit the boss between the crowd of players. Also either because of connection, lag or hit register problem, but when it's very often that damage taken by bosses by 1-2 players is just the same with 3-20 players, or even lower. It can be because of miss or blocked hits, but sometimes when it's not crowded (3-5 players), the hit register seems to not increasing significantly than solo damage, and noticeable unregistered hits/damage ( Combat tag time decreases eventhough clearly hitting the boss directly)
3. Bossworld's own echest? Some players need a number of pots stocked in inventory, so this might helps a bit to store boss loots temporarily.
4. Block or knock back bosses when near spawn area. Some players abuse spawn area (no damage from bosses) to kill bosses easily without fearing of taking damage.
5. Boss spawning limit. This doesn't happens often, but on some time when there's lot of boss totems (When everyone can claim some for free, etc.) some players spawn a lot of bosses in bronze at the same time. It is indeed a chaos when there are too much bosses and players in a small area. If this not added, at least don't apply my #4 suggestion too.
6. Add more minions (or bosses too). Not the same with custom crop minions, but for like the materials about custom armor/weapon or stuffs mentioned before, or some minerals (make it rarer). No need to be the same minion, use different mobs (spiders, etc)
Island:
1. Some people rarely get stucked in infinite void loop when the spawn point accidently has no floor. So why not add a feature, if the player fall into void again within around 10s after last one, the player will be teleported to spawn. A similar feature can be done for afk captcha glitch too with much different way.
Hope the bugs will be fixed soon and other good suggestions gets accepted. Have a nice day/night!
