I think djcougar shouldn't be demoted because I think he deserves another chance and he's only trial he's going to learn that a little bit and if you make him aware of his mistakes and even false warnings and tell him that you're not going to be allowed to do that he thinks that's going to happen. I also understand how you find that I think we should give him a chance and he should stay trial (djcougar)
