What is your suggestion's title?
Replace the Anticheat.
Suggestion Details:
The problem
• Legit players are being kicked and banned by "console" for cheating, even in the middle of combat.
• Some players were banned while fully AFK, which proves the detection is flagging people who aren't doing anything.
• Most of these punishments appear to be false. Players estimate around 90%.
• Getting kicked mid-fight means losing the fight, and often your items and progress too.
Why the current anticheat looks like the cause?
• Before the switch from Matrix, players weren't getting random console kicks and bans. Rarely to get kicked not even a ban.
• After the move to a custom in-house anticheat, false punishments started appearing and have kept growing.
• The custom anticheat looks under-tested. Odd but harmless behavior, even by mistake, gets counted as cheating.
• Matrix and other well-known anticheats are tested on many servers and have years of false-flag fixes behind them.
Impact on the server
• Players keep dying and losing items to kicks, not to actual PvP.
• Many players are quitting JartexNetwork over this.
• Players have asked for a change many times and still aren't heard.
• Staff time is wasted on appeals and complaints from false bans.
What I suggest (either option)
• Option 1: Go back to Matrix (heavily configured) or move to another well-tested anticheat.
• Option 2: Turn off automatic console kicks and bans. Let the anticheat only alert staff, who review each case before punishing.
• Test any new or custom anticheat on a
small test server before it goes live.
• Add a quick refund or restore system for items lost through false kicks and bans.
• Add a clear public way to report false anticheat punishments.
Expected result
• A Few false bans and kicks, and fair fights again.
• Players stay on the server instead of quitting.
• Better than waiting 1h+ to get unbanned.
• A better reputation for JartexNetwork.

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?
• Keeps players: Players leave the server instantly or even quit when they get kicked mid-fight for no reason. Fixing false flags means fewer people leaving and more returning.
• Fair PvP: Fights are decided by skill again, not by a random kick that hands the win to the other player.
• Less staff workload: Fewer false bans means fewer appeals, tickets and complaints, so staff can spend their time on real cheaters.
• Better reputation: Players tend to share these problems on Discord, forums and YouTube. A server known for fair anticheat attracts more new players.
• Trust in the system: When bans are accurate, players believe punishments are deserved. When most are false, they stop trusting staff and the anticheat, and real cheaters blend in.
• Fewer lost items and less progress: Players stop losing gear and P2W items because of a false kick, so they get less frustrated and are more likely to spend money on the server.
• Better anticheat results: A well-tested anticheat (or one that only alerts staff) catches real cheaters more reliably, because staff review each case instead of the system punishing blindly.

Extra Information:
Possible causes of false flags (worth checking).
• Ping spikes, lag or low server TPS can look like speed, reach or timer cheats.
• Legit clients like Lunar or Badlion, and normal mods like keystrokes or CPS counters, may be misread.
• Fast clickers, jitter clicking and drag clicking can trigger auto-clicker checks.
• Flagging AFK players suggests the checks are broken, since there's no combat or movement to analyze.
• Strict thresholds can flag normal fast movement or combos.
Extra solutions
• Use a punishment ladder: warning, then kick, then temporary ban, then permanent ban, with a permanent ban only after staff review.
• Don't allow instant bans from the console. Make the anticheat send alerts to staff instead.
• Record evidence for every flag (check type, ping, TPS, violation level) so staff can verify it.
• Run a public beta or test period for any anticheat changes, with a feedback channel.
• Make appeals quick, and automatically unban and refund when a ban turns out to be false.
• Publish regular anticheat update notes so players know what's changing.
• Ask the community with a poll or forum thread whether to bring back Matrix or move to another anticheat.
Extra supporting arguments ( if needed ).
• Many players have complained about the same problem, which suggests it isn't a few isolated cases.
• False bans hurt active, loyal players the most, because they play the most.
• Cheaters can still bypass a custom anticheat, while innocent players keep getting banned. That's the worst of both.
• Compensation for lost items shows the staff care and rebuilds trust.
