Hello,
How does raid claiming work, i have enough power but when i do f raid claim 3 it says the this faction is to powerfull to raidclaim. Does the other faction need to have negative power?

you cant over claim them raid claim is a temp claim that allows you to build a cannon and goes away after a while

alright but why cant i mine spawners when i raid a base

you have to use creeper eggs to blow the spawner up

raid claims were added to make your cannonbox still raidable even if your faction is on f shield. therefore you have to use raid claims otherwise its illegal. they are not there for the purpose of overclaiming other factions
