F top value should change

I think f top should be strictly valued by how many spawners the faction has. F top 1 right now has 600 billion of unraidable value and i think that this is not fair. Factions is a gamemode where you should be able to raid f top one. They dont even have a base their corner claim is chunk busted but nothing is there.
