BedWars Promoting hack clients

Can I know whether people who promote hack clients will get muted?
So If they promote, do I have the rights to report them in the forums?
There was a guy promoting a hack client, I don't have proof but he was spamming the hack client called Sigma.

Answer to your question is yes. If you see someone spamming a client names. (especially if it has loads of numbers at the end of there message) just report them for Hacked Client.​
