Problem with key backpack

Everytime I get a key from mining the server says that I don't have a key backpack so I miss the key. The problem is that i have a key backpack in my inventory while the server says it.

Its useless, i already ask it twice in the #assistence_chat channel, and there is no respond from the staff

It's just a bug and I have faced it too. It happens only sometimes and to reduce it its better that whenever you login to play you should right click all your backpacks. I mean open them this might reduce the chance of bug.

Put key backpack next to the pick, or put backpacks for block on left then all the way on right keybackpack and it will work I had the same problem

Can confirm. Key backpack will not work if you:
1. Don't have it in your hotbar.
2. Don't have it "claimed" to your username (eg the one you get on first joining in, which doesn't have a username attached when you hover over it. To fix, right click to open it once and you'll be set.)
3. Your block backpacks are overtaking them in priority (solved by N NODBlocker0 above, keep the key backpack either on your furthest hotbar slot (9) or closest (1-2). Or, alternatively, keep only your key backpack in your hotbar and your block backpacks inside your inventory.
