I was trading with someone and I cleared my inventory into my Private vaults and after the trade I wanted to put it in my Private vault and found no items in both vaults

First off, it is called playervaults. Check again and if you are so sure that there is nothing there and you have put something before there, just bug report

I have read about your problem.

Don't worry here I will give you some possible explanations on why this occurs:

1. You probably used the wrong PV
2. It must have been a visual bug so relog
3. It must be a bug so gather proofs and report it as soon as possible.

X how to use /PV (player vaults) X
1 -> Do /PV (this will access all the amount of PV's you have.
2 -> Do /pv (1- 99) (This will directly access a vault V1 for example)
