So to own a private mine, you can accept taxes from visitors. But by owning one, do you need to pay a monthly fee or have a specific rank to own one? Also, if anyone has a good PM, what is your IGN?

No we dont, to mine in other's public pm you dont need to pay to visit their public pm and mine

Privates mines are purchasable in the goldshop, or you can get one in the seasonal lootboxes (which should have been removed on the 1st of July but are still there).
