BedWars Not punishing for rasicm

I recently reported a guy for saying this, (look into the screenshot)

As you can see a guy named 'putbullah_' saying 'allah is gay', as a muslim this text message was really inappropriate for me, i reported him and they denied it, idk why they didnt accpet it. Cause if he said 'jesus is gay' some punishment would have been given to him. I have seen so many people in bedwars and other games being racism to islam religion, other day i saw a username saying 'saynotoislam' (say no to islam) and i have seen many messages like this one being racist to islam, this is very racist behaviour to me, but seems like the moderators does not care. I am really disappointed in the jartex team.
As if it isn't in the rules, this is really racist! I hope moderators see this.
