Not able to redeem /Fly

Hello, I have a Permanent Fly Voucher which I want to use. But I already redeemed a seasonal one when I try to right-click the voucher it says - You already have the voucher/ permission perks Can some one Please tell me what to do?

You should pm a sr. mod on the Jartex Discord server. He will take away your current seasonal fly perms and after that, you will be able to redeem the permanent fly voucher.
