ninja seasonal kit glitch

Dear Jartexnetwork,

Recently, I just opened a SOTW loot box. I got seasonal ninja gkit from it. When I opened it it said I didn't get any gkit. Right now I don't have the gkit and I'm not gonna spend anymore money for a few weeks to this server. So is it possible I can still get my gkit? I also told mrzaki about it in the gamechat but he told me I had to make a forum.
