It is an Ip-Conflict
Try restarting your router and join, I it doesn't work go to JartexNetwork Discord Server, go to #assistance-chat and ask staff to open an Ip-Conflict ticket for you.

As mentioned above, It's a IP Conflict. I suggest you to try restart your router and If it still doesn't get fixed. Join the Official JartexNetwork discord server and go to a channel called #assistance_chat. Then show a picture of the ban page and then ask Staffs for Whitelist!
