They might be busy doing something important and if you feel any staff is abusing you can report them in staff reports

dude literally most of the players face the same problem with staffs now not every staff can be busy its not sm cult thing going on :/

exactly like just 5 minutes are enough to even look into the above-stated issue its not like they have to investigate or anything ...atleast a reply will do most of the time in discord i see the just donators helping the members
