Mining Lag Back

I always get stuck when mining (While not flying in mines). Its been like this before but it gets fixed already and now its back. Is this intentional or a bug that keeps repeating ?

Also, Im using Jackhammer Pickaxe now . I experienced same problem before with Explo Pickaxe.
Delay dropping and sometimes getting stuck and dont drop.

I'm well aware of what the cause might be. Once I am able to get back on I will make sure to report it.
