/level Progress resets when leaving Bossworld

When i was about to finish my /level but then i went to the Overworld to get something but when i check my /level in overworld and in boss world it reset my /level progress

when you complete the level ,Click on it and then leave the whole jartex server and rejoin

I have the same issue
My solution is
complete 2 levels then leave the game then rejoin
or
complete 2 levels use ./is home then somplete that 2nd level
