Most of the staff dont be online on Kit pvp , so most hackers will go on fire for hacks we can report but it takes time to staff to see it
we need few staff to be online on Kit pvp

As Jax mentioned you can report them in there, you can also find an online staff member by using /staff and telling them the name of the hacker and they'll spectate him.
