I would like y'all to judge whether this video of less than 4:00 min shows a lack of evidence or not.

You can use replay mod for minecraft that can helps you to get view from all directions and povs
I always using it for my reports

That is blatant, twice in a row by the same also the way he moved his head was kinda sus there are many good pvpers who cannot aim as well as this guy even without the invisibility

Even I'm pretty sure that guy was hacking he was using KillAura and Hitbox hacks as of what I seem to understand.

its an spy kit, you can buy it for 20k coins, and when you shift you turn invisible for amount of seconds

First of all, as xCitronsLV said, whenever you're sprinting, even when you're invisible, it leaves block particles behind you. Any player could just see these types of particles, and start swinging. Also, when you are invisible or you've drunk any other potion, you leave potion particles behind you. This means that any player can see these particles, understand that there's an invisible person in front of them, and then just swing and kill you. It's that simple.
