Is swearing allowed?

OK, So this is something i need answered.

because i've seen many people swearing and using racial slurs in the chat. Most helpers dont seem to stop them so is it allowed>

Swearing is allowed to a certain point (It is allowed in non offensive ways basically.), racial slurs arent allowed. If you find anyone using such stuff feel free to report it here.
