Try to refresh and join the server again. But if you have lost your kills, you can't get them back as I know

Make sure that your are not using a another acount
if your not..... i am sorry

You probably may have switched your account.

Go to the appropriate account you had the wins and kills to get them back.
If not, it can't be fixed as far as I know.
