There are two parts to your trade,

You bought someone gold: That gold is not rolled back and will still be with them.

They got you money: This is the intricate part of this situation, as it is roll backed, the money is back with them instead of with you. What you should do here is, contact them again and ask for the $2Million. If they refuse to give it back which I don't think they will, just report them for buycraft scamming.

Am sorry to say this but if they do end up scamming, Jartex will ban them but they will appeal later and comeback leaving you with nothing. This is scam on Jartex's part which they always refuse to handle. Even though their ban comes at the cost of your real money, Jartex seems to have sided with the scammers with that regard.

Cause I have started to take note of cases where scammers get banned after taking buycraft from you which costs real money and later come back with an appeal, leaving you nothing and out of real money and them with previous buycraft and a little buycraft scam punishment history.
