I lost everything

I was playing prison a lot on this server but I stop for more than 2 months now when I open my account again I found that I start from the beginning and lost all I have
and this happened for all games too on this server
what should I do

note my discord is not working

Prison resets every ~45 days
So if you were off for more than 2 months you obv wont have anything
