Enchanted golden apples can be found in Desert temples, woodland mansion chests and Minesafts.
and totems it is dropped from evokers, which spawn in woodland mansions and raids.
But i think there are other ways as well, Not sure.

u get the egaps from the daily kits, paladin gets 4 egaps daily, duke gets 8 and king gets 12 egaps (yea totally balanced nothing p2w here)

totems arent that rare just buy them from Absprache's shop $950 each
