i cant log in to survival

i was playing in survival and got kicked to the lobby and now i cant join survival it say player with the same username is currently playing i dont understand why it does this. i can join skyblock and other servers just cant join survival please help me.

Plz contact staff on Discord.
I suspect that your account might be hacked, but that doesn't let you join the server in whole.
Maybe someone is nicked as your name.
Whatever the case, the fact that you can't join, you should contact a Staff.
