How to remove a banned person's claim?

My friend lilboss has banned in the past days and he left a claim near my base before get perm banned, and because of his claim I cant extend my claim around my base. I need help asap, please tell me how can I remove his claim...

As far as I remember claims get removed after 31 days of the person being inactive. So you gotta wait it. I don't think there is something to be done apart from waiting.
However ,If the claim is too close to yours you can report as bitch claiming

"Friend" is not a valid reason for a claim to be removed. The only way for it to get removed is if it was bitch claiming | rules

If his claim is less than 20 blocks near your claim then you can report

afaik nothing can be done but you can make a ticket regarding your issue and mods will look into your issue
