How to remove player shop?

Hey guys I just wanna ask how do I remove player shop I can't break it somehow it's mine it's in a claimed land by me how do I remove it?

To break a Shop you first need an axe then you need to crouch and break the sign from the side
this should normally work.

I dont think the land needs to be claimed inorder to remove the sign

It did not work but the sign us not there but I still can't break it

You can just break the sign, and no one would be able to buy/sell anything.
