time taken by crops to grow depend on the type of crop
for custom crops, it takes around 1-3 mins when you are online on the skyblock
and for normal crops, it takes around 10-12 mins to grow

it takes like 3 to 4 min for custom crops just make two long rows and farm on one while the other one is growing

Vanilla crops take around 5-30 mins to grow, I suggest using bonemeal in this case,
Custom crops take around 5-10 mins only to grow.

I suggest making a big farm so you can harvest a lot of crops in a single time.
